General Characteristics:

CAPEX and maintenance budgets for 6+ silos with a total capacity of 500+ thousand tons, controlling and managing of reaching turnover budget targets by facilities, compliance with corporate fire and safety standards, day to day management.

Qualifications and skills

Russian/Ukrainian, fluent English, experience in commercial sphere and on the position of silo manager, preferably experience in managing new silo construction projects or silos modernization, relevant work experience of at least 10 years preferably in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reaching turnover budget targets;
• Defines the concept of silos development and auditing of all production and commercial silos processes.
• Participates in CAPEX, maintenance silos' budgets activities;
• Analyzes CAPEX and maintenance silos' reports;
• Consolidation of quarterly CAPEX report;
• Responsible for preparation of the material and technical base of the silos;
• Analysis of the expenditure of energy resources and development of measures for their effective use;
• Responsible for fire and safety policies implementation and health and safety measures;
• Management of new silo construction projects;
• Assisting silo managers in contacts with authorities;
• Day to day management;
• Improving of efficiency (headcount/costs) ;
