The finance team plays a key role in the success of the business, providing management and stakeholders with high quality, accurate and timely financial information for both business support and development and external reporting requirements. To successfully deliver a world class service to the business, the company seeks high caliber team players able to gain the depth and breadth of skills across cultures in a progressive training program designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to be a first-class finance leader.

 

The role

Talented graduates are the company’s controllers and finance leaders of tomorrow and the development of professionals is at the heart of company’s corporate values. As a program participant, you will gain international experience of company’s operations through assignments at various locations and learn about company’s business and global network of operations. You will spend the first few years of your career focusing on controlling and accounting, via both “hands on” training and studying for professional accounting qualifications, funded by Employer. After graduating the program, you can expect to continue your career as a manager in a controlling role, or have the opportunity to broaden your experience in other areas of the Finance function.

 

The candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following:

           Bachelor’s degree (or higher), ideally in finance, business, mathematical science or related discipline with a genuine interest for the agricultural industry

·          Internationally mobile (minimum Europe-wide), able to spend at least 18 months in another country, and be genuinely excited and passionate about an international career

·          Willing to study for either ACCA or CIMA qualification, funded by Employer

           Fluent in English (spoken and written), an additional European language is an advantage

           Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively

           Aptitude for analysis and numbers

           Demonstrated capacity to handle a diverse number of projects simultaneously

           Strong ability to solve problems and act as a team player
